📢 SPECIAL MEETING – Branch 530 Members
Further to our recent communications regarding the roof damage and the challenges facing our Branch, we want to share important information about an upcoming meeting.
A Branch Revitalization Committee has been established and has been meeting weekly since early January to address our operational and financial challenges. We have also met with Zone Commander Marg Rose and Deputy Zone Commander Joe Gowing to seek guidance as we:
• Review current processes
• Realign staff and volunteer roles and reporting structures
• Increase events and revenue opportunities
• Strengthen the long-term sustainability of Branch 530
Your participation is vital to the success of our Branch.

There will be a limited agenda to address necessary Legion business. Following that, we will provide updates regarding leadership changes and open the floor for discussion on the financial viability and future of Branch #530.
